Mandarin Translator in Kendal

PT LBM Energi Baru Indonesia is looking for a Mandarin Translator to join our Human Resources & General Affairs (HRGA) team.

Placement: Batang, Central Java

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate oral and written translation between Mandarin, Indonesian, and English during meetings, interviews, training sessions, and daily communication.
• Support communication between expatriates and local employees regarding HRGA-related matters.
• Translate HRGA documents, including policies, SOPs, employment agreements, announcements, reports, and internal correspondence.
• Assist the HRGA team in employee onboarding, orientation, training, and other HR activities involving Mandarin-speaking employees.
• Facilitate communication between management and employees to ensure mutual understanding.
• Support General Affairs activities when translation assistance is required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and employee data.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Leader.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Translation, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5/6 preferred), Indonesian, and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter (fresh graduates with excellent language proficiency are welcome to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java.
