About The Role Business Immigration Solicitor – BirminghamWe are looking for a Business Immigration Solicitor to join our established Employment and Immigration Team in our central Birmingham office. Our immigration team is one of the largest outside of London and is known for providing pragmatic, commercial advice to clients across a range of sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to play a key role in the continued growth of our Birmingham immigration offering, working closely with the Partner. You will manage your own caseload (with supervision), advising on a range of business immigration matters, drafting applications, and delivering excellent client service. There will also be the opportunity to support on personal immigration work where it arises. We are looking for a qualified solicitor or legal executive, with experience in business immigration. Experience in corporate support work and personal immigration is desirable but not essential. You will be technically strong with a good attention to detail, proactive, with an interest in business development and networking. You\’ll be joining a vibrant Birmingham office that offers a supportive environment, strong team culture, and real opportunities for development.
