We are thrilled to share the expansion of our London (International HQ) office, on Lime Street, as we look for a Receptionist to join our growing team. Our reception team is a critical link between us and our clients, a lifeline for our employees and even a reassuring first impression for interviewing candidates. We are looking for an outgoing individual who takes pride in the quality of their client service to fulfil this diverse position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet all visitors to the firm, including clients.
  • Field and redirect incoming calls as appropriate.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls and email queries.
  • Manage visitor sign‑in, including contractor log, and distribute visitor passes.
  • Maintain inventory and order stationery for meeting rooms and the overall office space.
  • Order catering for events and meetings, and layout appropriately.
  • Book meeting rooms and assist in setting up events.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, contractors or catering for events.
  • Conduct routine safety and maintenance checks.
  • Handle incoming post, special deliveries and couriers.
  • Process outgoing post.
  • Log files according to the standard operating procedure.

About You

Whilst previous experience as a Receptionist or Administration would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who:

  • Has former experience in a client/customer facing environment.
  • Can build rapport with clients quickly and professionally.
  • Is organised and able to manage changing priorities.
  • Has an approachable nature as clients and employees look to you for support.
  • Is proactive with a can‑do attitude.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Full‑time, 09:00 – 17:00. This role is not a pathway to a training contract.
