About The Role
We are looking for a highly organised individual to fulfil a crucial role in our support staff within our Commercial Property Team.
Based in Central England (Northampton) but will assist the wider real estate team and report to the Legal Support Manager.
- Drafting and formatting of letters, documents, and forms.
- First point of contact for any administrative and business support requirements for fee earners, anticipating the team’s needs where possible.
- Supporting the file opening process for the team.
- Assisting with the preparation of all financial transactions as required.
- Filtering client queries, at times being the first point of contact for clients.
- Proactive diary management for allocated fee earners.
- Preparing correspondence and documents through audio typing and word‑processing.
About You
- Sound knowledge of IT systems including full Microsoft Office suite and Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of your work, with confident typing abilities.
- Strong communication and organisation skills.
- Experience in a client facing environment would be advantageous.
- Former experience within a legal/professional services environment would be desirable.
- Experience in case management systems is preferable but not essential.
