We are looking for a Solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Cheltenham. The team acts for a range of national and international companies across a variety of sectors including banks, property managers, technology and sports. The Cheltenham team has specialisms in both commercial disputes and banking and financial disputes, so there are opportunities to get involved in a variety of work. We are keen to speak with NQ‑2 PQE Solicitors who look for a career in commercial dispute resolution.
What we Need to do?
- Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of commercial dispute resolution.
- Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within commercial dispute resolution, working collaboratively with circles across the whole team to share knowledge.
- Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.
About You
- NQ - 2 years or more PQE.
- Either an NQ with some experience in commercial dispute resolution during training contract, or some relevant commercial dispute resolution experience as a Solicitor.
- An ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and successfully manage client relationships.
- Excellent technical ability and drafting skills.
- To demonstrate teamwork and relationship‑building skills.
- To have strong commercial acumen.
- To be proactive, ambitious and organised with a keen eye for detail.
