The predicted salary is between 30000 - 38000 £ per year.

We are looking for an Archiving Assistant to join our Operations team, supporting on our archiving project. Archiving files will involve physically examining and sorting files, inputting and digitalising data, and deciding whether we re-archive or destroy files. The position will be based in our Worcester HQ office. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience, or a student or graduate looking to gain experience within a professional services office environment. Please note this is a full-time position. This will initially be a 6 month fixed-term contract, starting ideally on or before the end of August, with the possibility for the project to continue past 12 months.

The right candidate will:

  • Have refined attention to detail.
  • Be comfortable with or experience of data inputting.
  • Experience of working in a target driven environment would be beneficial.
