Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UPVC Service/Installation Engineer to perform service, maintenance, repairs, and single item installations on a variety of UPVC products, including windows and doors. The role involves attending customer sites, diagnosing issues, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard within the given timeframe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, install single items, and repair UPVC windows and doors.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Deliver high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Follow all health and safety regulations during installations and repairs.
- Occasionally install single items such as composite doors or UPVC windows.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with UPVC products (windows and doors).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Full UK driving license (required).
