Job Description: We are seeking an experienced UPVC Service/Installation Engineer to perform service, maintenance, repairs, and single item installations on a variety of UPVC products , including windows and doors.
The role involves attending customer sites, diagnosing issues, and ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard within the given timeframe.
Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, install single items, and repair UPVC windows and doors.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Deliver high standards of customer service and professionalism.
Work independently and manage workloads effectively.
Follow all health and safety regulations during installations and repairs.
Occasionally install single items such as composite doors or UPVC windows.
Requirements: Previous experience working with UPVC products (windows and doors).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Full UK driving license (required).
