Job Description
PT Glazing is a leading manufacturer and installer of high-quality bespoke aluminium and upvc windows and doors. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a window and door fitter to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
- Install uPVC windows and doors to a high professional standard in residential and commercial properties.
- Install aluminium windows and doors where required, following manufacturer and company specifications.
- Carry out timber and uPVC finishing work, including trims, sealing and making good around completed installations.
- Remove existing windows and doors, prepare openings and ensure new products are fitted securely, level and weather-tight.
- Work safely and efficiently on site, following health and safety procedures while working independently or as part of an installation team.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in uPVC window and door installation.
- Experience in aluminium window and door installation would be highly beneficial.
- Experience in timber/uPVC window finishes.
- Possession of a valid and full driving licence.
- Punctuality and reliability in all aspects of your work.
- The ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
- A commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Full-time hours with competitive annual earnings of £50,000, depending on your experience and skills.
- Overtime and bonus available based on the volume of installations.
- Installation work scheduled from Monday to Friday to provide a balanced work-life routine.
- Vehicle provided for every installation you are on so no need to use your own.
