The Opportunity
As the business continues to expand its Foodservice and B2B footprint, a Senior / National Account Manager is required to play a central role in driving growth across a diverse and high-potential customer base. This is a commercially led, relationship-driven role with real ownership. You will take full responsibility for a portfolio of key accounts while proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities across foodservice operators, contract caterers, wholesalers, and B2B customers.
- Own and grow a portfolio of Foodservice and B2B accounts, driving revenue and margin
- Develop and deliver joint business plans that unlock mutual, sustainable growth
- Identify and win new business across key channels with a proactive, hunter mindset
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing, and range discussions with confidence and credibility
- Act as the voice of the customer internally, shaping solutions across technical, marketing, and operations
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and category dynamics to sharpen strategy
