This newly created position reports directly into the Marketing Director and is a matrix leadership role across all key marketing and innovation functions for a portfolio of standout brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Own the Brand Strategy – Lead the development and execution of brand plans, ensuring consumer and customer insight remains at the heart.
- Drive Brand Innovation – Deliver best-in-class NPD and EPD projects – in full, on time and on budget.
- Lead the Marketing Mix – Full ownership across ATL, BTL, shopper marketing and retail activation.
- Manage External Relationships – Work closely with agency partners and suppliers to deliver excellence.
- Budget Responsibility – Own and manage the annual brand marketing budget.
- Champion Insight – Use market data, consumer research and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and brand refresh.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with NPD, Sales and Category to drive cohesive brand execution.
- Project Involvement – Lead and support ad hoc strategic projects across the wider business.

Candidate Requirements:
- 3–5+ years’ experience in Consumer Brand Marketing at Brand Manager or SBM level.
- Background in FMCG – Food, Drink, Non-Food or Consumer Durables.
- Demonstrable experience in brand strategy, NPD and marketing activation.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for insight-led innovation.
- Collaborative, proactive and energised by pace and accountability.
