As National Account Manager, you will take ownership of key UK grocery accounts, managing performance through structured commercial delivery and strong customer relationships. Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will be supported but expected to take real ownership of your accounts and deliver against clear commercial objectives.
This is a classical branded FMCG account management role. You will be responsible for delivery, close to the detail, and accountable for performance.
- Full P&L ownership across your accounts, including revenue, margin and trade investment
- Support and deliver Joint Business Plans, ensuring strong execution and follow through
- Deliver accurate forecasting and maintain a disciplined commercial cadence
- Use data and category insight to support customer conversations and drive growth
- Identify opportunities to increase distribution, improve rate of sale and enhance profitability
- Maintain high standards of execution across all aspects of account management
