As part of their continued expansion, they are looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager (SNAM) to lead the major Grocery.com channel across Retail and drive long-term strategic growth.
The Role:
This is a high-impact commercial role, where you will take full ownership of the key grocery retailer account, driving category growth, strategic partnerships, and revenue performance. You will be expected to influence at all levels both internally and externally, building relationships across Buying, Supply Chain, Category, Marketing & Finance teams to create and execute best-in-class commercial plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Grocery.com Strategy - Own customer strategy, growth plans, and execution across online grocery and rapid delivery platforms
- Full P&L Ownership – Manage profitability beyond gross margin, ensuring commercial decisions drive contribution to profit.
- Strategic Customer Management – Build deep, cross-functional relationships with senior retailer contacts, influencing long-term strategic planning.
- Joint Business Planning (JBP) & Negotiations – Lead annual JBP discussions, securing profitable, category-aligned agreements.
- Category-Led Selling – Apply data-driven insights to drive distribution growth, range optimisation & strategic merchandising.
- NPD & Innovation Strategy – Champion the launch & execution of new product development (NPD) strategies aligned with consumer trends.
- Business Performance & Growth – Identify emerging opportunities within E Commerce and quick commerce
- Influence Internal Stakeholders – Act as the E Commerce voice within the business. Work closely with Sales, Category, Marketing & Finance teams, ensuring alignment between brand strategy & retailer expectations.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for a commercially strong, results-driven Senior National Account Manager with a proven background in FMCG sales & account management.
Experience:
- National Account E-Commerce – Proven experience in Grocer.com Channel or E-Commerce Channel. This could be across FMCG (Food, Drink or Non-Food) or Consumer Products.
- Full P&L & JBP Ownership – Strong financial acumen, able to develop & execute commercial strategies that maximise revenue & profit.
- Category-Led Selling – Able to leverage category insights & shopper data to drive commercial growth & strengthen retailer relationships.
- Strong Negotiation & Relationship Management – Confident in influencing senior stakeholders, managing complex retailer demands, and securing profitable partnerships.
- Resilient & Commercially Strategic – Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic planning.
