The Role
As National Account Manager, you will take ownership for key UK Grocery relationships, helping drive growth across a varied and commercially important customer base. This is a role offering genuine breadth and exposure. You will work closely with senior commercial leadership whilst also being given the autonomy and responsibility to manage your accounts properly. The category itself is highly dynamic and innovation led, requiring people who are comfortable balancing commercial delivery with pace, adaptability and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key UK Grocery customer relationships
- Support and deliver Joint Business Plans with clear commercial focus
- Take ownership of forecasting, promotional planning and commercial delivery
- Work closely with Category, Marketing, NPD, Finance and Supply Chain teams
- Use insight, data and customer understanding to identify growth opportunities
- Support distribution gains, category development and profitability improvement
- Build credible relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain strong commercial discipline across forecasting, planning and execution
- Contribute to wider commercial strategy and ongoing business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements

You may currently be operating within branded or Own Label FMCG, or potentially sitting on the retail side within Retail Buying or Commercial functions.
