Key Responsibilities:

– Conduct product audits and quality investigations

– Support the Quality Manager with day-to-day quality tasks Lead root cause analysis and – corrective actions for quality issues

– Work with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve quality processes

– Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards

– Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production process

What We’re Looking For:

✔ At least 2 years of experience in a similar quality-focused role

✔ Strong background in mechanical inspection and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

✔ Experience in customer complaint investigations and quality problem-solving

✔ Ability to read engineering drawings and Bills of Materials

✔ Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 compliance

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
