This is a hands-on role, supporting the team on the shop floor while driving performance, resolving issues, and maintaining high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising and allocating work across production teams
- Supporting production activities when required
- Monitoring KPIs and ensuring delivery targets are met
- Resolving day-to-day production issues
- Maintaining quality and compliance standards
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading and developing team members

- Circa £41,000 salary
