Procurement Administrator
£30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits | Oxford area | Manufacturing
An established manufacturer in the Oxford area is looking for a Procurement Administrator to support the purchasing team and keep materials flowing into production.
This is a fast-paced role where you'll make sure purchase orders are raised on time, deliveries are tracked, systems are kept up to date and production has the materials it needs to keep running.
The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Raising and processing purchase orders.
- Chasing suppliers for order confirmations and delivery dates.
- Updating MRP and procurement systems with accurate information.
- Monitoring outstanding orders and resolving delivery issues.
- Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy.
- Working closely with production and planning teams to ensure materials are available when required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration role.
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Confident using ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage multiple orders and priorities in a busy environment.
