A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to support its Technical and Compliance function. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced quality professional to join a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence are highly valued.

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality and compliance systems across the business, supporting day-to-day technical operations, and helping ensure industry standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved. Key Responsibilities
  • Support and maintain quality and compliance systems across the site
  • Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and accreditation processes
  • Monitor and help improve quality performance, manufacturing standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions
  • Produce reports and quality data for management meetings
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
  • Build effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
  • Help maintain strong health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
  • Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and a strong understanding of quality and compliance processes. Experience within packaging, print, food, or a regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement listed.
