A well-established and growing manufacturing business is looking to appoint a Senior Quality & Compliance Officer to support its Technical and Compliance function. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and improving quality and compliance systems across the business, supporting day-to-day technical operations, and helping ensure industry standards and customer expectations are consistently achieved. This position would suit someone who enjoys working collaboratively, takes a proactive approach to problem solving, and is passionate about driving high standards across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support and maintain quality and compliance systems across the site
- Assist with internal audits, compliance activities, and accreditation processes
- Monitor and help improve quality performance, manufacturing standards, and customer satisfaction
- Investigate non-conformances and support corrective and preventative actions
- Produce reports and quality data for management meetings
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the operation
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Help maintain strong health, safety, hygiene, and environmental standards
- Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
The ideal candidate will have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and a strong understanding of quality and compliance processes. Experience within packaging, print, food, or a regulated manufacturing environment would be advantageous. Candidates are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every requirement listed.
