Our client, a very well established service provider, is looking for a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team at a large, multi-site estate in High Wycombe. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer ready to step into a leadership position, with a clear path for progression into broader management and further qualifications.

The Role

The Gas Responsible Person will act as the lead technical authority for all gas-related systems on site, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and reliability across the estate. This is a hands-on leadership role that includes managing a team of engineers, coordinating maintenance operations, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the go-to expert for gas-related issues, ensuring all activities meet statutory and industry standards.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and quality checks to uphold safety and compliance.
  • Maintain clear, up-to-date records aligned with health and safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.
