The role
Working closely with sales, production, and engineering, you will manage projects from order through to delivery—ensuring customer expectations are met while maintaining margins and delivery performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contracts post-order from initiation through to completion
- Reviewing project scope, identifying risks, and planning mitigations
- Coordinating with internal teams to agree delivery programmes
- Monitoring contract performance and providing regular updates
- Managing documentation, drawings, and project information
- Supporting customer meetings and site visits where required
