PSYOPOLY is a real-time geopolitical intelligence platform used by traders, analysts, journalists and businesses to track conflict events as they happen. We publish daily intelligence briefs covering developments across the Middle East and are looking for someone to join the editorial process - reviewing, fact-checking and sharpening each brief against open-source reporting before it goes out.

The role:

  • Each morning, spend 30–45 minutes reviewing the previous day's brief against open-source reporting (Reuters, AP, BBC, specialist OSINT accounts).
  • Your job is to:
  • Catch factual errors or outdated framing
  • Add context that’s missing
  • Tighten the writing where needed
  • Flag anything significant that didn’t make the cut

What we’re looking for:

  • Studying or recently graduated in International Relations, Politics, Security Studies, Middle East Studies or similar
  • Genuine interest in geopolitics — particularly the Middle East, Iran, Gulf security or conflict more broadly
  • Strong written English — you should be able to rewrite a clunky sentence without being asked
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Familiarity with OSINT sources a plus but not required

Practicalities:

  • Fully remote, flexible hours (brief needs sign-off by midday GMT) ~45 minutes per day, 5 days a week
  • Paid role - compensation discussed on application

Why it’s worth your time:

Your analysis will be read by traders, journalists and risk professionals. You’ll build a genuine portfolio of published work and get real experience inside a live intelligence product — which is hard to come by early in a career.

If this sounds like you, message me here or email info@psyopoly.pro — no formal cover letter, just tell me a bit about your background and what’s caught your attention geopolitically lately.
