We’re looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly organised Assistant Studio Manager to join our flagship Oxford Circus studio — our busiest and most iconic location spread across six floors in the heart of London.

As the Assistant Studio Manager, you’ll be the right hand to the General Manager, supporting all aspects of studio operations, people management, and day-to-day execution. You’ll balance on-shift leadership with administrative responsibilities, ensuring the studio runs seamlessly and continues to deliver an exceptional experience for both our team and our community.

This is the perfect role for an experienced Assistant Manager or ambitious Team Leader ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll have the opportunity to lead, coach, and inspire a large, passionate team — while developing your own leadership and operational expertise within a high-performance environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring smooth operations and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Act as the main point of contact for staff and operations when the General Manager is off-site — including weekends.
  • Oversee scheduling, shift cover management, stock control, purchasing, and reporting.
  • Ensure all operational standards, health & safety protocols, and company policies are consistently upheld.
  • Assist with local marketing initiatives, corporate partnerships, and brand collaborations to drive awareness and revenue.
People & Performance:
  • Lead from the front on the studio floor — setting the tone, energy, and standards for the team.
  • Support with recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of studio staff.
  • Provide feedback with empathy and authority to coach and motivate team members.
  • Help manage performance, resolve issues, and maintain a positive and professional team culture.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and service.
Customer Experience:
  • Champion a world-class guest experience through warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Handle customer feedback and queries efficiently and with care.
  • Foster a welcoming, community-driven environment that reflects the brand’s values of kindness and inclusivity.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or assistant management role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or fitness.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident multitasker who thrives under pressure and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Passion for people, community, and creating a positive environment.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to understand and influence KPIs.
  • Confident in sales and marketing, with a proactive approach to driving engagement and growth.
Desirable but not essential:
  • Experience in the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
  • Barista experience.
Additional requirements:
  • Flexible availability – shifts may start as early as 5:30am and finish as late as 9:30pm.
  • Regular weekend work required (typically one weekend day per week, agreed with GM).
  • Comfortable working across both operational and administrative functions.
  • Professional, confident, and approachable leadership style.
WHY JOIN US:

You’ll be part of a passionate and driven team in one of London’s most exciting studios. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact, grow your leadership skills, and play a key role in the continued success of the flagship studio — side by side with the General Manager.
