Psycle London is seeking a driven Studio Manager to lead a busy Front of House and studio team, delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience.

You will own day-to-day operations, lead staff, and align with Head Office and instructors to maintain high standards.

You will oversee performance management, rota planning, safety, stock control, and continual coaching to boost morale and drive results.

A strong, collaborative leadership style is essential to succeed in this role.
