As Psychology Direct moves into 2026, we are looking for a dynamic leader to join our Senior Management Team as a Senior Educational Psychologist. We need more than just clinical excellence. We are seeking an experienced individual with a mix of operational know-how and strong strategic vision. This is an opportunity to step away from high-volume casework and focus on shaping the service, leading quality assurance, and mentoring the next generation of EPs.
The Role at a Glance:
- Strategic Input: Work directly with Senior Management to drive service development and business objectives.
- Leadership: Induct, coach, and guide our network of Associate EPs across various Local Authorities and service users.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes to ensure our consultation model remains industry-leading.
- Business Growth: Contribute technical expertise to bidding and tendering processes.
- Complex Consultation: Support EPs with complex cases requiring senior oversight.

Requirements: Qualified EP, HCPC Registered, with proven leadership/supervision experience.
