Key Responsibilities- Oversee financial management of projects, ensuring profitability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
- Prepare comprehensive bids, showcasing the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
- Negotiate and finalise contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Strategically enhance and maintain company procedures, standards, and policies.

- Minimum of 5 years of commercial management experience in a construction company, preferably with knowledge of Passive Fire.
