We are recruiting Pediatric, Mental Health, and General Nurses for opportunities across Staffordshire. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care, support clinical governance, and contribute to safe, effective practice within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic nursing care to service users, ensuring dignity, privacy, and respect.
  • Deliver accurate observations, risk assessments, and care plans aligned with clinical needs.
  • Administer medication safely and in accordance with NMC standards and local policies.
  • Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation (including assessments, incident reporting, and nursing notes).
  • Support safeguarding and escalation procedures in line with organisational policy.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors, allied health professionals, carers, and families.
  • Promote infection prevention and control, plus safe handling of equipment.
  • Contribute to audit, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
  • Maintain professional conduct in line with the NMC Code.

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • NMC registration as an adult nurse/registered nurse (as applicable to your registration).
  • At least 12 months of UK care experience.
  • Experience relevant to one (or more) of the following pathways: Pediatric nursing, Mental health nursing, General nursing.
  • Strong knowledge of UK healthcare standards, clinical procedures, and documentation requirements.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings (where required).

Desirable Skills

  • Experience within community, hospital, or care settings (ward, clinic, or service-based roles).
  • Familiarity with safeguarding processes and mental health risk frameworks.
  • Confident communication with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Evidence of delivering compassionate care under pressure.
