We are a specialist social care recruitment agency placing support workers and carers with services that support vulnerable adults and children. Due to growth, we’re looking for a driven, people-focused Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a permanent work-from-home basis. You’ll be the engine behind our consultants – finding, engaging and qualifying high-quality care staff, and matching them to the right roles.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing candidates for social care roles (support workers, care assistants, seniors, team leaders, etc.) via:
- Job boards and our internal database
- Bulk texts, bulk emails and social media
- Proactive outbound calling
- Build rapport and explain who we are and what we do
- Assess experience, skills, values and right to work
- Understand availability, location, shift preferences and pay expectations
- Selling suitable roles in an engaging, ethical way so candidates are excited to be put forward
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Bubbly and confident on the phone – happy to make high volumes of calls and show personality
- People-focused – you genuinely care about matching the right people to the right services, especially in the context of vulnerable adults and children
- Organised and proactive – you can manage your own day, follow up promptly and keep on top of admin from home
- Resilient – comfortable with a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Ethical and professional – understands or is willing to learn about safeguarding, compliance and the importance of quality in social care
Experience:
- Previous experience in recruitment is highly desirable
- Strong telephone/customer service experience is essential
- Good written communication skills (for texts, emails and adverts)
- Confident using basic IT systems, CRM/databases and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

- Salary: £27,000 – £35,000 per year (depending on experience)

Equipment & Working Hours:
