Support Worker - Immediate Start in Grimsby

PST Group is currently recruiting an experienced Support Worker (Male or Female) to join our team in the DN37 area, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a supported living environment. The role involves delivering person-centred care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while working in line with individual support plans and company policies.
