PST Group is currently recruiting an experienced Support Worker (Male or Female) to join our team in the CH65 area, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in a supported living environment. The role involves delivering person-centred care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing while working in line with individual support plans and company policies.

Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying):

  • Minimum of 12 months’ UK care experience
  • Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs
  • Experience in supported living or residential care
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Sponsorship is not available
  • Caring, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills
