PST Group is urgently seeking an experienced Senior Carer to join a residential care home in Coulsdon, supporting 11 residents with learning disabilities, autism, and physical disabilities. This is a full-time role on a rota, working 12-hour shifts, with a permanent option available.
Essential Requirements (Please Read Before Applying)
- Minimum of 12 months' UK care experience including previous experience as a Senior Carer in a residential care setting
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, 48 hours per week
- Right to work in the UK
