We are currently recruiting for a Female Support Worker for a role in the WS11 area (Cannock). This is a 2:1 support role supporting a female client in her 20s, offering both day and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day and night support to the client on a 2:1 basis
- Support daily living activities and encourage independence
- Implement person-centred support plans
- Support individuals with:
- Autism
- Challenging behaviours
- Prader–Willi syndrome
- Provide medication support in line with care plans and procedures
- Promote safety, dignity, and positive outcomes at all times
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and the wider team
Requirements
- Must be a Female Support Worker
- Minimum 12 months UK care experience
- Experience supporting individuals with Autism, challenging behaviours, and Prader–Willi syndrome
- Proven experience with medication support
- Must be a driver with an automatic licence/vehicle
- Availability for day and night shifts
