We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a Learning Disability Service in the FY1 area. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting the service, ensuring high-quality care delivery, maintaining compliance, and promoting positive outcomes for individuals with learning disabilities.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years experience supporting people with learning difficulties/mental health needs
- At least one years experience of supervising staff or managing services for people with learning disabilities/mental health needs
- Possession of or willing to work towards NVQ 4/5, RMA, Diploma
- Level 5 or equivalent professional qualification
- Ability to provide person centered rotas for the service
