We are currently recruiting experienced female Support Workers to provide 2:1 support to a young autistic woman living with her family in Cornwall (TR13).

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 12 months' UK care experience
  • Valid full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience supporting individuals with autism
  • Experience or understanding of varied communication needs
  • Patient, calm and compassionate approach
  • Comfortable supporting someone who uses a wheelchair
  • Reliable and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care
  • Female applicants only due to the specific requirements of the role
