Job Description
Lining/Trenchless Operative β Pipe bursting Slip lining Rochford, Essex (on site with travel) Permanent, Full time (47.5 hours) Competitive salary plus good overtime rates We are on the hunt for Lining/Trenchless Operatives with experience in pipe bursting and slip lining to support a wide range of specialist projects across the UK. Working across Essex and Suffolk, you may also be expected to work on projects nationwide and work away when required. T his is your chance to be part of a team delivering safe, high-quality, trenchless utility solutions that make a difference.
What you'll be doing Carry out trenchless installation methods including pipe bursting, slip lining, re-rounding and lining, whereby existing pipe is replaced by pushing or pulling through new pipe where required. CCTV works including pre and post CCTV surveys. High pressure jetting works on pipe.
Support robotic cutting, patch lining, and full-length lining using UV, LED, and hot/ambient cure systems. Contribute to manhole and chamber renovation works including removal and reinstatement of benching, infiltration sealing and drilling/injection of resins and spray lining of manholes/chambers. Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional site at all times.
Accurately record work, assist with problem-solving, and ensure customer satisfaction. What you'll need to bring Essential: Experience in trenchless techniques including pipe bursting and slip lining. Experience working in a manual role eg.
Groundworks, construction, drainage etc. A valid UK driving licence (clean preferred). A commitment to safe working practices and continuous improvement.
Team player mentality with strong communication skills.
