Electrician Job Responsibilities As part of our team, you will undertake a variety of electrical jobs , including: EICR Testing : Performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and certifying work using a PDA system. Repairs & Maintenance : Handling day-to-day electrical repairs , including fuse board replacements and general property maintenance. Electrical Upgrades : Rewiring, void property upgrades, and fit-outs. Safety Installations : Installing and replacing smoke and CO alarms. LED Lighting Upgrades : Upgrading communal area lighting to energy-efficient LED fittings. You will work on long-term contracts in social housing in Lambeth but may also be required to cover across Essex , Lambeth , Hertfordshire , and Waltham Forest , with full support from our dedicated contract management team.
