Electrician Job Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will handle a variety of electrical tasks, including:
- Electrical Repairs and Maintenance, such as fuse board replacements.
- Upgrading Properties: Voids, rewiring, and fit-outs.
- Smoke and CO Alarm Replacement.
- Communal Lighting Upgrades to LED fittings.
You may also participate in commercial electrical and data cabling projects when required.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking electricians with:
- 18th Edition Qualification.
- Level 3/AM2 Certification.
- A valid ECS Card.
- A full, clean UK Driving License.
- Experience in Electrical Testing, ideally with social housing or domestic property maintenance.
- Familiarity with reporting software is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2391, 2392, 2394, or 2395 Testing Certifications.
Electrician Job Packages
We offer competitive salaries and benefits, tailored to your employment type:
- Commencing Salary: £33,500 to £36,000 (negotiable based on experience).
- Fully equipped van, fuel card, PDA system, parking, congestion/dart charges covered.
- Ongoing training and qualification support.
- Daily rate: £130 to £150 (negotiable based on experience).
- Fully equipped van, fuel card, PDA system, parking, congestion/dart charges covered.
Both packages include uniforms, tools, and ongoing support to help you succeed.
Location and Coverage
Our contracts cover areas such as Lambeth, Essex, Welwyn Garden City, and Hertfordshire, with additional projects in North Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and Norfolk. You must be willing to travel across these areas.
