PSS Care Group is recruiting a Team Leader to create a therapeutic, stable home for children aged 5-18 with SEMH needs.
You will lead shifts, model best practice and support staff development while guiding care planning and daily operations.
This role requires leadership, reliability and a compassionate approach.
You will work three days per week, 07:45am–22:30pm, earning £15.00 per hour, with sleep-ins paid at £8.91 per hour.
Driving licence is required.
