  • Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys across domestic housing properties including houses, flats, maisonettes, and communal areas.
  • Assess building components, identify defects, and record condition data including remaining asset life and health & safety concerns.
  • Capture photographic evidence and accurately complete survey information using mobile surveying software and asset management systems.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience carrying out stock condition surveys, building inspections, or property assessments within social housing or residential environments.
  • Good knowledge of housing construction types, including traditional and non-traditional/system-built properties.
  • Strong understanding of HHSRS, Decent Homes Standards, and general building maintenance practices.
