Executive Assistant Required in West Midlands - Construction Main Contractor
We are recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Managing Directors of a leading construction main contractor. This is a pivotal role within the business, requiring professionalism, discretion, and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Full diary management for multiple Managing Directors
- Coordinating meetings, site visits, and travel arrangements
- Preparing reports, presentations, and board documentation
- Acting as a key liaison between senior leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders
- Managing confidential and commercially sensitive information
- Supporting wider business and operational priorities as required
About You
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership, ideally within construction or a similar fast‑paced industry
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with senior stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities
- Discreet and professional at all times
