Our prestigious client, a leading provider of Supported Living to Adults with Learning Disabilities, is looking to appoint a team of experienced Team Leaders in Newbury.
Your role is to provide practice leadership and operational management of the service and to ensure optimum support to individuals is achieved. The Team Leader will oversee the support offered for people with learning disabilities and autism to enhance their role as equal members of the community. You will ensure support standards are adhered to and that we comply with all current legislation and regulations associated with managing support services. Additionally, you will provide direct support and supervision to all staff employed or volunteering in the service.
