We are currently recruiting multiple Site Managers on behalf of a leading contractor delivering a major retail rollout programme across the South of England. This is a fast-track programme with work spanning multiple locations, with Swindon acting as the central point. Projects will extend south into Dorset and north towards Warwickshire, so flexibility to travel across the patch is essential.
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of retail refurbishment and fit-out projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards. Responsibilities will include:
- Managing site operations from start to completion
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams
- Maintaining health & safety standards
- Monitoring programme and project progress
- Liaising with clients, project teams and stakeholders
- Ensuring quality standards are met throughout the build
Essential Requirements:
- Valid Black or White CSCS Card
- SMSTS Certificate
- First Aid at Work Certificate
You must also have:
- Previous experience managing retail fit-out, refurbishment or rollout projects
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience working within fast-paced construction environments
