Our client, a leading provider of residential and educational support to children, is looking to appoint a Deputy Manager to their Children's Home in Swindon.
Working in a Children’s Home means being a part of a young person’s day-to-day life. This role involves ensuring the home environment supports safety, security and motivation for both staff and young people. There will be challenges along the way, but there are opportunities to celebrate small victories too.
Our client’s homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and aim to create the best possible outcomes. Their holistic service involves psychologists, occupational therapists and other clinical team members to deliver positive outcomes in SEND.

Overview
By assisting in the day-to-day management of the home, supporting the team and ensuring the home operates to high standards, you will help young people progress and develop into well-rounded adults.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, including supervisory experience
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management is desirable (provided if needed)
- A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
