PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit a Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of their office in Walsall.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate supplier onboarding, approval and renewal processes.
- Proactively monitor supplier approval expiries and gather updated documentation ahead of deadlines.
- Maintain accurate supplier information, records, status (approved/preferred), accreditations and evidence within the SCD.
- Ensure all documentation (emails, certificates, forms, evidence) is controlled, correctly filed and easily accessible.
- Input, update and verify supplier data in the SCD, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support mapping of supplier categories, risk indicators, preferred listings and commercial notes.
- Maintain approved and preferred supplier lists across all categories.
- Support the administration of the SCD/Summit ERP interface to ensure only approved suppliers are available for ordering.
- Assist in the administration and logging of Preferred Supplier Trading Agreements (PSTAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and fixed price lists.
- Track agreement review cycles, expiry dates, and notice periods and ensure 12-month agreement periods are maintained.
- Maintain accurate records of agreed rates, terms and supplier-specific conditions.
Requirements:
- Experience in high-volume administrative duties within supply chain, procurement, commercial or similar environments.
- Experience managing supplier data, onboarding and compliance documentation.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, able to liaise with people at all levels, internally and externally.
- Proven understanding of accurate data entry and maintaining audit-ready records.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and document management.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Experience supporting supplier frameworks, preferred supplier agreements, SLAs or price list management is desirable.

- Salary - 27,000 - 30,000 DOE
- Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm
