PSR Solutions are proud to be working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a residential care home in Eye, Suffolk.
Role: As Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of the home. This includes ensuring full CQC compliance, maintaining high standards of care, and achieving commercial targets such as occupancy and budget control. You’ll lead a strong internal team including a Deputy Manager, Senior Carers, and an Administrator, supported externally by central operations and quality teams. Your leadership will span all functions - from care delivery to facilities management - ensuring a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.
