Salary: £39,680 - £46,944
In addition to your base salary you'll do up to 3 sleep ins per month, these are paid at £80 per sleep (approx. £2,880 per year), Attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, £2000 Regional Allowance, £1500 Responsibility Allowance, £1000 Welcome Bonus on successful completion of probation & £1000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months of employment).

Their homes accommodate young people with social, emotional and mental health needs, and their aim is to create the best possible outcome for the young people in their care. Their support workers are fulfilled by the idea of affecting even the smallest positive changes in their young people, so they celebrate the little things.
What your day will look like:
- You’ll be a part of taking care of their young people day to day, making sure things run smoothly and creating lasting memories.
- As a team leader you will also make sure that the staff team are supported and the home is operating at their high standards, prepared to step up to deputise for the Registered and Deputy Managers.
