My client is recruiting multiple experienced Site Managers to join a major retail rollout programme covering locations across the Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work on a fast-paced programme, with an initial 18 months of projects already confirmed and the potential for further opportunities within the business upon successful completion.

The Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of retail fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the highest standards of quality. The programme is centred around Solihull, with projects spanning from the Wyre Forest through to Northampton. Flexibility to travel across the region is therefore essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations
  • Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and site teams
  • Maintaining health and safety compliance at all times
  • Monitoring programme and project progress
  • Ensuring quality standards are achieved and maintained
  • Liaising with clients, project teams and key stakeholders
  • Driving projects through to successful completion

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you MUST hold:

  • Valid Black or White CSCS Card
  • SMSTS Certificate
  • First Aid at Work Certificate

You will also have:

  • Previous experience managing retail fit-out, refurbishment or rollout projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience working within fast-track construction environments
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme delivery
