- Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of large-scale industrial construction projects valued up to £100m.
- Preparing cost plans, valuations, variations, and final accounts across multiple UK sites.
- Working closely with project managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Monitoring project costs, forecasting, and reporting on commercial performance.
- Supporting procurement activities and subcontractor management throughout the project lifecycle.
