Our client specialises in environmentally sustainable landscaping & external works solutions for major commercial build projects within central London, utilising revolutionary innovations in eco-construction. They are currently recruiting for either an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor or experienced AQS looking to step up, with previous external works / landscaping experience.

Quantity Surveyor roles and responsibilities:

  • Day to day commercial administration of the projects &/or packages, through to Final Accounts.
  • Undertaking and CE's and EW's.
  • Reviewing progress on site in line with commercials and programme.
  • Responsible for monitoring, forecasting and reporting on budgets and costs against programme and producing CVR’s.
  • Attending client and project progress meetings.

Quantity Surveyor requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification and relevant experience.
  • Circa 5+ years’ construction industry experience, with previous landscaping / external works experience.
  • Experience of commercially managing projects through to Final Accounts.
  • Able to undertake accurate take-off’s and remeasurements for landscaping & external works.
