Freelance Site Manager - Internal Fit-Out (Hotel Project)

Focus: First Fix & Dry-Lining

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the internal fit-out phase of a hotel project in Manchester, with a specific focus on first fix and dry-lining.

This is a freelance role on a day rate basis, running for approximately 6 months, working with a respected contractor on a high-spec city centre development.

Role Overview:

  • Manage and coordinate internal fit-out trades, specifically dry-liners and first fix packages
  • Ensure quality, programme, and H&S standards are met on site
  • Liaise closely with subcontractors, project managers, and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and ensure timely completion of works
